I am wondering how many yrs do I have 2 learn English 2 pass CAE? I know it's hard to judge whether my command in English's good enough even after dozen yrs of studying, but how would u describe a person who has great chances 2 pass it? And plz do not tell me 'read "can do list"' 'cause it tells me really nothing. This question's sort of a pain in my ass 'cause I am aware how little I know but dunno how 2 push it forward.
